It's now been 2 weeks past the 3 month mark on my diet. Things have started to slow down now but I am still pleased with my results so far. Now that warm weather has arrived I am going to find an aquatic aerobics class to attend, that should boost my metabolism a bit. I have noticed this month I am struggling more with the desire to snack. The yummy comfort snacks I used to enjoy, pizza, muffins, bread, all carbohydrates! But I am pleased to say I have not waivered , I am determined!
