For some time now I have noticed his chest hair has been getting sparser & sparser. It looked like just a small strip right in the center, with short hair on the sides, I didn't like it, so today I took my trusty thinning shears to it & cut it off, yup, I cut off my collies chest hair!!! I love it, he looks like a puppy again & it's all one even length.

Yes, he looks so cute! I bonsai River this way and love when I am done, but you do a much better (tidier) job than me! I think I need new scissors. Where do you get them in alberta?

Donna, you should drive up to the Calgary dog show this weekend, you will find some scissors there I bet
