You soooo should do a CD with Taters!! He's so sweet ♥♥♥!! Kort's a hoot! He's lots better on the sits like during the figure 8, but his down is practically right in front of you!! :)

ya Dianne, that wasn't even a down !!! I had to move in toward him as he was just barreling through, guess he's still not understanding that exercise LOL!
I have been working really hard on those sits, it's paying off !
Not sure about Tate, he's hot & cold, we'll see

I love them!!!! Thank you for thinking of your non-compling FB friend!!!!!! I LOVE Tate and he's so cute and you're cute too as you kinda "snuggle" in to fix his sits! What a boy! He does not have a CD? Why did I think he did? Love Kort too and LOVE open!!! Did the video cut off before you did the high jump??? It makes me want to train Biscuit. He is very fun to do stuff with.

Thanks for sharing!!!!! And your first trial is in May??? Good luck!!!!!

And my word for today which I think sums up both of the videos....."exidyahi"!!!! Like....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL! Diana!!!
Tate is the only collie I never put a CD on ! He's soooo pokey, he used to stress on his stays, who knows why, must be all the beatings he gets :))
I didn't do the high jump with Kort, haven't got that far in my training , he has only seen the broad jump twice before as well so I was super happy with him !

Well, Kort looks great. It's funny you mention pokey.....watching the videos, even though it makes me want to train, it also reminds me of how much I hate obedience. Stressful, especially competing because there's not much you can do once they blow it.

oh I totally disagree!!! I love obedience & the challenge! Kort goes down 8/10 times on his sit stay, I like the challenge of finding ways to make him understand it is not an option! such a feeling when he does stay :))
Also, that was his first retrieve on flat in a "trial" so to speak !!

Well, obedience certainly is a challenge and exciting, but for me, it brings up dread at the same time.
