I have been filling in & doing some extra hours at work this week. The longest Kort has been crated during the day has been approx 3-4 hrs.....lately I have been doing 6, so, I decided it was time to give Kort some freedom to prove himself as a big boy. I shut all the rooms off so he has the livingroom, hallway & kitchen. Tate has free reign of the house & because Kort still does not go "down" stairs, Tate can escape if he feels the need!Well, Kort has definately proven himself to me this week....nothing in the house has been destroyed & there are no bodily functions to which I have to clean up upon arriving home.....such a good big boy!!

Good boy Kort! How can you get into trouble when you have that big box of toys to play with? It looks like you will soon get to hang out with big brother Tate all day.

Dear Kort,
Please come and teach your Golden friends, Henley and Gibson, some of your manners about being left alone in the house... make sure mention things like not eating the toilet paper or shoes. Thank you.

I hate to admitt it , but sometimes I still sneak into the bathroom & run abround the house with the toliet paper...mom said she will keep the bathroom door closed from now on until I get over the urge to do that!

Hey Katie & Jolene, after 5 collies we finally learned just to put the toilet paper on the counter. Well as far as our shoes go, we just put them in the closet now...too expensive to replace LOL
It's amazing to see all the items on your table Jolene and to know Tate & Kort don't touch them...wow!
well, Tate has always been perfect...really!! Never touched a thing, including food left out....
now Kort is more selective...he likes all paper products, as well as laces, especially if they are leather ie: Brad's slippers! heehee!
